01Who you are buying from

The Hana Yoshida store is operated by Dohar Co. Ltd, a company registered in Bulgaria under EIK 208639703, VAT ID BG208639703. You can reach us at hanayoshida.support@gmail.com.

When you buy from this store, your contract is with Dohar Co. Ltd. Whop provides the checkout and processes the payment, but Whop is not the seller of the ebook and is not party to this agreement.

02The product

Cook Better, Waste Less — The Complete Home Kitchen Manual is a downloadable PDF. It is supplied digitally; nothing is shipped and no physical copy exists.

Your purchase is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and it does not renew.

The product page describes the current edition, its contents, the price and any promotion running at the time. The final total, including any tax that applies to you, is shown before you place the order.

03Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. If your card is billed in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add its own fee — that is between you and your bank.

Payment is taken by Whop. We never receive or store your card number.

04Delivery

After a successful payment, a download link is shown on screen and sent to the email address you used at checkout. Delivery is normally immediate.

If the email does not arrive or the file will not open, write to hanayoshida.support@gmail.com and we will send a fresh link or a working file.

05What you may do with it

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• read the ebook on any device you own;
• print a copy for your own use;
• keep it indefinitely, including after any refund window closes.

You may not resell it, share it, sublicense it, upload it publicly, reproduce it in bulk, strip the copyright notices from it, or distribute it or any substantial part of it. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights stay with Dohar Co. Ltd and its licensors.

06Refunds and cancellation

Our Refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: a voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee, no reason required.

If you are an EU or UK consumer you may also cancel within 14 days of the order without giving a reason. We make the ebook available immediately, but we do not ask you to waive that statutory right at checkout.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies where you live, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, inaccessible or not as described.

07Informational content and safety

The ebook gives general cooking, cleaning, storage and household information. It is not medical, nutritional, pest-control, electrical or appliance-repair advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional.

Follow product labels, appliance instructions and local safety guidance. Think about allergies, children, pets, ventilation and the surface you are treating before you use any method. Stop using anything that looks unsafe for your situation and get qualified advice.

08Results and savings

The examples and calculations in the ebook are educational. What you actually save depends on local prices, household size, shopping habits and how consistently you apply the methods.

No specific figure is promised or guaranteed unless we have stated it to you in writing.

09Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Dohar Co. Ltd is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for business losses, arising from personal use of the ebook. These limits do not reduce your mandatory consumer rights.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.

If you are a consumer, that does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example if the product or the checkout changes. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order. The date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
