01Who sells the ebook

Dohar Co. Ltd operates the Hana Yoshida brand and is the seller of Cook Better, Waste Less.

Dohar Co. Ltd creates and supports the ebook. New purchases are completed through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record and applies its checkout terms.

02What you are buying

Cook Better, Waste Less is a digital PDF ebook. The current edition contains 715 pages, 172 recipes and 228 kitchen fixes. There is no physical product and no shipping.

The purchase is a one-off payment, not a subscription. The PDF can be opened with a standard PDF reader on common computers, tablets and phones. Unless the sales page expressly says otherwise, future editions, extra products and personal consulting are not included.

03Ordering and payment

The price and the final amount due are shown before you confirm payment. Gumroad processes checkout, handles applicable transaction taxes as merchant of record, and provides the payment receipt or invoice.

Your order is accepted when payment is successfully completed. A pending, declined, failed, cancelled or reversed payment does not create a paid order and does not entitle anyone to the ebook.

If a price, description or availability error is obvious and materially affects the purchase, we may cancel the affected order and return the full amount paid.

04Delivery and access

After a successful payment, Gumroad sends a receipt and download access to the email address used at checkout. The link may also appear on the purchase-completion page. Delivery is normally within a few minutes.

If the email has not arrived within one hour, check Spam and Promotions, then email us. If a link expires or stops working, we can issue a replacement after matching the request to the order.

05Refunds and cancellation

Our voluntary seven-day money-back guarantee is part of these terms. Email hanayoshida.support@gmail.com within seven days of successful payment and we will return the full purchase price to the original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

Consumers in the EU or UK may also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance contract for digital content. We provide the ebook immediately, but our current checkout does not ask you to expressly waive that statutory cancellation right, so our refund policy explains how to use it.

If the file is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us even after the voluntary guarantee period. Nothing in these terms limits a mandatory legal remedy.

06Your licence

Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights in the ebook remain with Dohar Co. Ltd and its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

• read the ebook on devices you own or control;
• keep one or more personal backup copies; and
• print a copy for your own use.

You may not share, upload, publish, reproduce in bulk, resell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the ebook or a substantial part of it. Short quotations for criticism or review are allowed where the law permits and the source is credited.

For a team, classroom or commercial multi-user licence, contact us before copying or distributing the file.

07Information, not personal advice

The ebook provides general cooking, food-storage and kitchen information. It is not medical, nutritional, legal or other personalised professional advice, and it does not replace product labels, allergy guidance, local food-safety instructions or advice from a qualified professional.

Results depend on ingredients, equipment, storage conditions and individual circumstances. Use reasonable care, consider allergies and dietary needs, and follow the applicable official guidance where you live.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and download service available, but temporary interruptions can happen. If a technical problem prevents delivery, contact us and we will restore access or provide the remedy required by law.

We may improve the website and update these terms. The version applying to a purchase is the version published when that purchase was made; later changes do not reduce rights already acquired.

09Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing digital content that matches its description and meets the mandatory standards that apply to your purchase.

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Nothing in this section or elsewhere in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.

10Law and complaints

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence or prevent you from using a court that applicable consumer law makes available to you.

For a complaint, email hanayoshida.support@gmail.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge it within five business days and resolve it directly.

11Model cancellation form

You do not have to use this form. A clear email saying that you want to cancel is enough.
